August 22, 2026 meeting

 Grand Governor of Illinois, Jeff Estes attended the meeting of East Central York Rite College No. 81 Saturday morning as the college installed its officers for the new year and conferred the Order Knight of York on four new Companion Knights.  The college followed up a great meeting with lunch and fellowship at a local restaurant.

East Central York Rite College No. 81 will meet at 9:15 am Saturday August 22, 2026, at the Masonic Temple at 105 1/2 N. Main, Tuscola, Illinois 61953.  The college will install its Officers, elected at the meeting in May, at 9:30.  Opening and Conferral of the Order Knight of York will follow.  There are three candidates expected.  Lunch plans will be shared at the meeting.

 East Central York  Rite College 81 held its election of officers for 2026-2027 at its Annual meeting today in Villa Grove.  The following officers were elected or appointed and will be installed at the meeting of the College in August:

Stated Meeting May 16, 2026

 From the Secretary:

There will be a stated meeting of the -East Central York Rite College No. 81 - Saturday May 16, 2026 beginning at 10 A.M. and held at the Villa Grove -Carmargo Masonic Lodge No. 885 in Villa Grove, Illinois. The Lodge is located just south of town off Rt. 130. A letter dated April 28th was mailed regarding this specific meeting to all members of record at their respective mailing addresses as shown per the most current College roster. Hoping you have received same.

This is our ANNUAL MEETING and one of the two fixed date meetings a year per our College bi-laws. There will be the election and appointment of officers for the ensuing College year, discussion of upcoming meetings, events, conferrals for the year and any other business that may come before us on that day. This is an important meeting for many reasons and sets the path for our year. Your valued help, participation and input is needed.

There will be a fellowship opportunity following the meeting for all attending at the -Tri-County Country Club - 6 South Henson Road-Villa Grove, Illinois. You will be able to order lunch from their mid-day menu. The location of Tri-County Country Club is in the south/south eastern part of town adjacent 'Henson Park'- about 2 miles or so from the Lodge building. Ample parking and good food.

Congratulations to new Companion Knights

 

Congratulations to Companion Knights Chad Richards and Dyke Rothenberger on receiving the Order Knight of York at last night's meeting of East Central York Rite College No. 81.  Welcome to the College, Brethren.

College will meet at Tuscola on Monday October 20, 2025.

  East Central York Rite College No. 81 will meet on Monday October 20, 2025, at the Masonic Temple at 105 1/2 N. Main, Tuscola, Illinois 61953.  The doors will open at 5:30 and the College will meet at 6:00.  There is to be at least one candidate for membership.

 

East Central York Rite College No. 81 makes a donation to Champaign Assembly No. 21 International Order of the Rainbow for Girls

 

East Central York Rite College 81 Preeminent Governor, Jeff Baine, visited Champaign Assembly No. 21 International Order of the Rainbow for Girls at their Tuesday, September 23, 2025, meeting.   Preeminent Companion Knight Baine presented a check, to the Assembly, on behalf of the College.  Accepting the donation were Alyssa S., Worthy Advisor of Champaign Assembly and Grand Representative to Connecticut and Massachusetts, Samantha L., Grand Fidelity, and Gail C., Grand Nature.  The donation was made possible by the recent York Rite College Challenge Coins for Masonic Youth Groups fundraiser and will help support local Rainbow programs.
